Module 2 will teach you about the different types of hunger you experience, which you may not have even realized! – and you’ll better understand what drives you to eat. You’ll learn how to:

⋆Become more aware of your habits, patterns and triggers
⋆Understand why you eat when you’re not hungry and what you might actually be hungry for

Meet Your Guide: My name is Tina, I am a certified Health Coach, Christ follower and founder of Feeding Faith. It’s my honor to be your guide on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle. The tools outlined in this course are the exact tools I used to overcome my own challenges with disordered eating and my health. These are the same tools I still use to this day to keep me walking in freedom, and the tools I share with all of my clients as well. As someone who knows what it’s like to struggle in this area and has been able to overcome, I’ve designed this course to take you through the entire healing process – from getting to the root of your challenges to creating new, healthier habits – and I’ll be right there guiding you every step of the way!
